No disclosure of customer names · Trust & confidentiality · With or without an NDA · Since 1995
ICSL does not name customers. Not publicly, not in sales conversations, not as a reference without express written permission. This is a principle we have never broken.
Who is an ICSL customer, or in contact with ICSL, becomes known only if the customer chooses or publishes it. No exceptions.
Some manufacturers (e.g. of MDM systems) require even prospective customers to be entered into manufacturer and distributor systems through deal registration. We simply exclude those manufacturers.
Every conversation going beyond general information takes place under an NDA.
ICSL collects no customer data beyond operational necessity — and discloses nothing.
Cookies are not needed to provide information on a website.
Consulting, deployment and support: all directly with ICSL — no subcontractor without explicit approval.
ICSL staff with customer contact undergo security vetting for sensitive projects.
ICSL uses the same systems as our customers — no compromises in our own communications.
These principles go beyond our public image. They are the foundation of how we work.
